For a gamer who’s new to PC gaming, it can be incredibly confusing. Especially as, the games that are fantastic on other consoles, namely PS4 and XBOX One, aren’t guaranteed to be amazing on PC. Each console comes with different graphics and methods of gaming. Which is what makes certain games better on certain consoles.maxresdefault (1)

It can be hard to know what games are the best ones to play, as like we’ve said before, gaming is subjective. What your friends rave about, you may not like. It’s all about the concept of the game, how it works, and how easy it is to play. Those are the key aspects that affect what games you love and which you just can’t seem to get on with.

The question is, what are the best games in each genre for PC gaming? From sports to virtual reality, there are thousands of PC games to choose from.

Sports:

Fifa 16

A football simulation game that can be played via PS4, XBOX One, iOS, Android, and, of course, PC. It’s a game that imitates the various football leagues, such as the Premier League. A popular game with sports enthusiasts due to it’s fantastic graphics and closeness to real football.

Rocket League

This futuristic sports action game is a football based game that uses vehicles instead of players. It’s a physics-based game that is a combination or racing and football. It’s fun, fast-paced and incredibly addictive. If you’re a sports lover and are mad about cars, this is the perfect PC game for you.

Call of Duty

A game that originally started on PC and then moved over to other games consoles as it developed, Call of Duty is one of the most popular PC games. This first-person war game that involves various challenges is based around shooting other players. It’s a war game like no other, with infinite possibilities and a range of play options to choose from.

Medieval Total War

This war game is like no other. It’s based in medieval times and runs on real time play. This makes it a much more intricate and interesting game. It’s warfare based with various plot lines and tasks throughout each game. If you’re a warfare lover, this is the ideal game for you. It’s fun, fast-paced, and fantastic on PC.

Virtual play:

Minecraft

A sandbox game that is all about creative play, Minecraft is one of the most popular PC games. It’s an adventure game that’s constructed of various worlds, each different to the others. Gamers can create their own worlds with fast Minecraft server hosting. Having their own server means that gamers can host their own games with just their friends in, not strangers.

The Sims

Last but not least, The Sims is a fantastic virtual play game for PC gamers. There are various versions of the game, with the newest being The Sims 4. Most versions of the game come with add-ons, such as The Sims Pets and The Sims Out Late. These add more to the game and make it more lifelike.

There you have it, all the best PC games. There are plenty of choose from; these are just a few examples of the most popular ones.
