Star Wars: Battlefront File Sizes Revealed
Coming up next week, we’re finally getting to see the release of the long-anticipated Star Wars: Battlefront – Electronic Arts and DICE’s shooter that promises to achieve who new levels of gaming interaction with the much-beloved universe.
And ahead of that release, we’ve gotten some key knew details about the game – specifically in the way of how much disk space will be required to install it.
While answering questions on twitter, EA responded directly to a fan inquiry about how much space the game is going to take up, and they gave up exactly how much it would across all three platforms. Looks like it’s going to be 23 GB on the PlayStation 4, 19 GB on the Xbox One, and 27 GB on the PC (where the game will be accessible through EA’s Origin store). Compared to a lot of other games on the market – many of which can be quite taxing in both full installs and post-release patches, this doesn’t seem too bad.
Star Wars: Battlefront was originally announced at E3 back in 2013 and promises to serve as more of a reboot than a sequel to previous entries in the series. It will be out for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One Nov 17th.
