Star Wars Battlefront

Star Wars: Battlefront is now just a few days away from release, and as we recently reported, EA has given full details regarding the fill sizes that will expected for install across all three platforms. Now to follow that up, there’s been the first indications of what will be included in the game’s day-one patch.

The details were first reported on reddit in a couple of screenshots, which notes patch 1.01 intended for implementation on the day of the game’s release. And while there hasn’t been confirmation from EA and DICE, it’s probably safe to say these are accurate.

Largely, the patch appears to be addressing issues that were noted during the game’s open beta, as well as the general assortment of bug fixes. Check out the full listing for the patch below:

  • Tweaked hero card spawn times
  • General bug fixes for the partner system
  • Various fixes for getting stuck when exiting Starfighters and ground vehicles
  • General crash and stability fixes
  • Online traffic performance improvements
  • Various text fixes for all languages
  • General bug fixes for both Missions and Multiplayer

Star Wars Battlefront is due out for release on Nov 17th for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
