1TB-PS4

If you currently don’t own a PS4 and are looking to purchase one in the near future, then this next piece of news will make you very happy that you waited to buy a PS4 as Sony recently confirmed that they’ll be releasing a 1TB PS4 console. Though we have no release date for when this will be released within North America, Europe and PAL Territories will be receiving the 1TB PS4 models on July 15th.

With the 1TB PS4 packing twice as much storage as the current PS4, you’ll have more room for space for downloaded games, add-on’s, music, videos, and more. Sony also announced the arrival of a new PS4 model that’s 10% lighter, uses 8% less energy and will be available in Black or White for $399. Though the 1TB PS4 and the new PS4 Light Model were announced synonymously, Sony confirmed through Eurogamer that the 1TB PS4 will use the original PS4 architecture and not that of the New Light PS4 Model.

THIS is why I held out on buying my PS4. Sony is known for creating new models of their console systems and I had a feeling that they’d implement a 1TB into their PS4 system eventually and I was right. Whenever a pre-order is available for the 1TB PS4, I’m definitely making one for mine and I’ll definitely keep you guys updated on that was well so you’ll be able to pre-order your own.

So which PS4 model are you guys looking forward to getting your hands on? Leave your comments below and be sure to keep it locked to GP as we keep you up to date with what’s circulating within your gaming universe. See ya!
