Sony just can’t keep a secret…. New 2.50 Firmware Info Leaked
Seems like someone at Sony wants us to know what’s going on with the current state of Firmware 2.50 as more info and pictures of the PS4’s Upcoming 2.50 Firmware Update has leaked online for all of us to see. Here’s a quick rundown on the new info that’s been released about 2.50 recently…
- Suspend/Resume feature has been added – now you can simply pick up from where you left off last on your video apps and not have to completely restart and search where you left off.
- A Back-Up PS4 option that lets you back up game files onto an external drive.
- Text to Speech, Larger or Bold Text, Zoom, and Contrast options have all been added to the Accessibility menu.
- Slight UI change in the Menu when you hold down the PS Button.
The 2.50 Firmware is expected to be available sometime this spring.
