Fans of the Final Fantasy series are definitely being shown some love by Square Enix, as they’ve finally confirmed Final Fantasy X / X-2 Remastered to be officially released to the PS4 come May 12th of this year. In addition to its release, Square Enix released a statement on their Twitter Account stating all who pre-order Final Fantasy X / X-2 Remastered for the PS4 will receive a free desktop calendar containing artwork from none other than Yoshitaka Amano. He’s done character designs, artwork, and logos for multiple Final Fantasy games and has never let the fans down with his beautiful artistry within the game.

As if that wasn’t enough, along with FFX/X-2 Remastered coming to the PS4, Final Fantasy Type O will be making its way to the PS4 as well and those who pre-order Type O will receive a free download code for the Final Fantasy XV Demo.

If you haven’t pre-ordered your own copy yet, I advise you to do so ASAP as there’s already been a ton of copies reserved since the release of the statement and you don’t want to be without either one of these if you’re a true Final Fantasy fan.
