Major Update For The Xbox One Upload Studio

Posted February 18, 2015 by Bunneh3000 in News

The Xbox One has the capability to let you make some pretty decent game capture footage. Some people have even been skilled enough to create pretty good looking content. By using the ‘Xbox Record That’  feature (or double tapping the home button and then pressing X for those who don’t have a Kinect), you can record the last 30 seconds of gameplay as a clip. Then, once you’ve enough nice clips, you can pull them all together and edit them using a free app called Upload Studio. Well, Xbox has unleashed a host of new features to the studio to allow for users to make even more professional looking content.

Some of the enhancements to the studio are features as transitions, title cards, intros, effects, splash screens, and templates. Other important features are text overlays as well as clip voiceovers that will enhance your professionalism. One template of note that can be used is the “Top 5″ template which is a streamlined way of showing your best moments in gaming quickly. There are even game specific transitions for games like Forza Horizon 2 and Halo 5. These editing and publishing tools make the Xbox One’s features a bit more likable in showing how you wrecked your friends in a recent game of Destiny Crucible or Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.
