Battlefield Hardline News Rundown

The open beta for Battlefield Hardline is just a few days away, so it’s time to break down the latest bits of news that have come out in the past few days. The first bit involves a tweet from the developer. The tweet indicates that the PC specifications for the game will be very similar to the specs for Battlefield 4.

“Will my stats and progression carry over to the main game?

Progression doesn’t carry over, but your expertise surely will!” – Battlefield Hardline FAQ

The next bit of news comes from an FAQ for the Battlefield Hardline open beta. Most of the details are obvious. The game will support up to 64 players on Conquest and up to 32 players on Hotwire and Heist on current generation consoles. However one of the more interesting tidbits is the fact that players’ progression won’t be carried over to the full game. That doesn’t mean that the multiplayer component will be restricted or limited in any way.

“You can experience the game’s full progression system during the 6 days the beta is live.”

There are only a few days left before the open beta goes live, however Gaming Precision will be there to cover it. Game Responsibly!
