Capcom recently announced earlier this week that they will be releasing a new online multiplayer game based on their RPG Dragon’s Dogma, Dragon’s Dogma Online. So far the announcement is for Japan as the announcement came about via Famitsu, a popular Japanese magazine. People headlining the project are Ace Attorney’s Minae Matsukawa and Resident Evil’s Hiroyuki Kobayashi. The online game will release sometime later this year, and will have up to four-player parties, consisting of all real players of AI, and will house up to 100 players per server.

Sony announced earlier this week that they will be dropping two apps from the PlayStation Vita. The two apps that will no longer be supported are the YouTube app and Maps. The YouTube app has already been removed from the PS Store, and support will end for it as of April 20th of this year. Never fear though, YouTube watchers, you can still watch YouTube on the handheld’s web browser.

Maps along with the Near app will be disabled in March via a software update.

There was no reason given for the sudden removal of the apps.
