We here love video games and board games, right? What if we could have the best of both worlds and have a video game themed board game? Well, the great people over at USAopoly are making that possible by gracing us with the new board game Monopoly: The Legend of Zelda Edition! Forget the lame thimble, car, and other random playing pieces, we now get some favorites from The Legend of Zelda, such as the Bow, Hookshot, Boomerang, Hylian Shield, and Triforce. And if you just so happen to pre-order from GameStop, you will also get to play as the Ocarina of Time as well. As an added bonus for pre-ordering from GameStop, you also get six “Power Cards” which alter the gameplay just a bit to change it up from the original gameplay. You also get a Hyrule map, and it will all be packaged up in a neat little square box of perfection.

If you’re as excited as I am about this awesomeness that is Monoply, you can hop over the GameStop and pre-order right now, just like I did. The game is slated to release on September 15th, and will sell for $39.99. What more could any loyal Legend of Zelda/Monopoly fan want?
