Next Elder Scrolls Online Update Comes Next Month

Posted July 14, 2014 by Felisha "Nightingale" Silva in News

Good news for all of you Elder Scrolls Online players out there. Update 3 is said to arrive sometime next month, and will give a ton of new features to the Elder Scrolls MMO. New things added will be more customization options and guild options. We will also get an entire redo of the Veteran Rank system that’s in place in the game.

This update will be making its way to the testers of the game soon. In the long haul, in regards to the Veteran Rank system, they are planning on removing the Veteran Points entirely from the game, and are planning on replacing it with a whole new system that will be “based on new character customization and growth mechanics“. We can expect to see more about this later this year.

Along with update 3, players of Bethesda’s first-ever MMO will also get new armor dyes, guild store locations, guild tabards, all new difficulty modes in trials, a ton of bug fixes throughout the game, and quite a few class tweaks. As Bethesda and Zenimax work more and more on the game, Elder Scrolls Online has the potential to be possibly one of the best MMOs if they play their cards right.
