The Witcher Developer’s Documents Stolen, Game Details Leak

The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is one of the outstanding titles that will be hitting store shelves in Fall, 2014. Sadly, the Google Drive of one of the developers working on the game has been hacked and a lot of information about the game was leaked. CD Projekt Red, the game’s developer, has told anyone interested in the title to avoid reading the document as it contains a lot of spoilers. Don’t worry, we won’t reveal any spoilers in this article, though if your interested in the information the stolen documents contain, you should check out NeoGAF and reddit.

It seems that the game’s map will be massive with just one island, Ard Skellig, being about 40 square miles in size. Given that we already know about Novigrad and No Man’s Land, other confirmed locations in the game, then the final map will, certainly, be massive. For comparison, Ard Skellig is almost twice the size of Los Santos in GTA V. The game has been in playable form since February, and the developer has spent the available time creating music, getting the voice work done, debugging and adding in extra content. There will be no exclusive content on either console, though both Kinect and SmartGlass will be used in some way.

Remember to keep your sights locked on Gaming Precision for more leaks, reveals and juicy stories. Game Responsibly!
