Wait no more, Rayman Fans! Ubisoft recently has released news on the release of Rayman Legends and where it stands for the next generation consoles. The new generation consoles are set to release worldwide in the next few days and over the next few weeks, starting with Sony’s PlayStation 4 to be released in the United States on November 15, 2013 and followed soon by Microsoft’s Xbox One on November 22, 2013. WIth the flow of next generation consoles releasing, Ubisoft took it upon their own hands to release news concerning next gen game releases and the release of Rayman Legends.

Earlier this week, Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot, announced that Rayman Legends is not going to stay available just for current generation consoles, but also will be released for the next gene consoles as well in February 2014. Ubisoft had stated that sales for Rayman Legends has been about 1 million copies since the release of the game in September 2013 for the WiiU, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and the Vita. Guillemot stated:

“We are confident in our capacity to rise to the short-term challenges posed by the transition phase, thanks to the very high quality of our games, which, combined with the upcoming arrival of the next-generation consoles and the traditional ramp-up of sales during the Christmas season will trigger positive momentum towards the end of the year.”

With this being said, Ubisoft has plans to possibly release their other games in the game lineup for next ten consoles as well. We already know that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is already set of release along with the PlayStation 4, so we can expect more games to come. I currently play games on my PC, PS3, and occasionally my Xbox 360 and my Nintendo 3DS! I love games and I am so glad I go into them.
