Fans of Stealth should be prepared for the next game in the ever popular stealth series, Metal Gear Solid. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is a prequel to the next big game in the series, Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain. Ground Zeroes is set to take place after the events in Peace Walker and the Phantom Pain will take place nine years after the events of Ground Zeroes. The Metal Gear Solid series begins in chronological order with Metal Gears Solid 3: Snake Eater, which takes place in 1964 and ends with Metal Gear Rising taking place in 2018.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be set as the prologue to the Phantom Pain. Months after Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker ended, Big Boss sets forth on a mission to retrieve a member of the Militaires San Frontieres, Chico Libre after being kidnapped and taken to camp in Cuba called Camp Omega. Big Boss will also set on a mission to find information and search for a previous character also in Peacewalker named Paz Ortega Andrade. Kojima recently released a Twitter photo showing a peek at  more into the release of Ground Zeroes, showing off a promotional photo that hints at a release date for the game in Spring 2014. Ground Zeroes is also shown to feature multiple mission, side-ops missions, and a story campaign for players to enjoy.

With more news on the release of the next installment of the Metal Gear franchise, I can say that I personally look forward to the story. The gameplay is a little off with me personally, but I still cannot wait to see more into the Metal Gear world and their story to tell. What do you think of Metal Gear Solid? Do you hate or love the series and if so, why? Let me know below! Until next time..Bye Bye!!
