11 New EA Games Coming This Year

EA, one of the top marks on my developers list, has just announced that for the fiscal year of 2013, they will be releasing 11 new titles, minimum. Titles that fall under these eleven will include a new Battlefield, a new Need for Speed game and EA’s CEO has recently announced that EA plans to be very involved in making games revolved around the NBA and I can’t wait for all of these titles to be released. The time frame that they’re talking about does not just fall under January to December of this year, but it means that all the way in to May of 2014 because they are marking it to the date. This many titles is a lot of work for any developer but EA has announced that their several teams can handle it and they will be doing their best to make sure that it happens.

I think that this amount of titles is a little high but given EA’s track record, this is something that they can handle and I think that the trolls on the internet are wrong. Yes I am calling out every single troll that took part in the one hundred percent, completely wrong poll that said EA was one of the worst companies as far as development goes. It’s hilarious how many people play Battlefield, Need for Speed, or any and all sports games, yet they go online and just to be a part of something bigger than the lives they don’t have, they vote against the developer that they like.

It’s funny to me that we all know EA is going to be winning several awards and be voted the best company of the year. I don’t think there is anything I want more than to have EA dominate the market for a year and win some great awards.
