Which Next Generation Console will Win?

Next generation gaming has arrived and many gamers could not be happier about the fact that the PlayStation 4 as well as the Xbox 720 have been announced. These new consoles are going to be the biggest sellers of technology in years, but the thing to remember is that these consoles are going to probably come close to five hundred dollars or higher. Yes the graphics, controllers and games are going to be that much better than what we have access to now but it would seem that retailers like Gamestop, seem to think that the PlayStation 4 is going to out sell everything else by a long shot.

Now at first, the Xbox 360 is what was more popular with its triggers and exclusive games like Halo and Gears of War but now it seems that PlayStation is going to be taking a big risk by making several games that will only be available on the PlayStation 4 and these games will be graphically superior as well as a blast to play. I think that things are going to be pretty different because there is not much of an advantage that the PlayStation 4 is going to have this time around.

The only real advantage that the PlayStation 3 currently has is the fact that the hardware is slightly newer and provides for remote system updates for the games that it has. Now the Xbox currently has more exclusive games, but the graphics are not nearly as good and the operating speeds and times are immensely slower. Some titles have already been announced for the PlayStation 4 that make it seem like it is already going to out sell the Xbox 720. Without all the advantages that the system has had in the past, it is truly up to the gaming community which one will be more popular.
