Injustice iOS Unlocks Console Content

Posted April 4, 2013 by Esteban Cuevas in News

Injustice: Gods Among Us, the upcoming fighting game with DC comics characters like Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman, will have an extra bonus if you also play the iOS version of the game. Publisher Warner Bros. Interactive and Developer NetherRealm Studios will allow for content unlocked in the iOS version to in turn be also unlocked in the console version and vice versa.

The iOS title will be free but feature items you can pay for and is a 3-on-3 tag-team title that features a collectible card mechanic and touch screen fighting. Fighters including The Flash, Nightwing and Green Lantern will be able to build up their move sets and become increasingly powerful. The items can be transferred to the console versions but it’s not known if the pay items will be transferable. Injustice: Gods Among Us will be released for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 April 16th. The iOS version is available now.
