Beyond: Two Souls out Oct. 8, and Willem Dafoe’s in it

Beyond Two Souls is going to be one of the most revolutionary games of free choice and unlimited power that has hit the PlayStation consoles since the original Infamous. It will put a powerful girl attempting to run away from what look like super SWAT members that are attempting to capture her for what can only be assumed as experimentation or something of that nature. As you run away, not only do you have superpowers but a guardian angel, that the girl actively speaks to is protecting her as well.

There have been many new announcements about this game and it is certainly carving out its own place within the gaming world but one of the most interesting announcements, recently, is that the game will have a significant role for Willem Dafoe who is one of the most amazing actors to ever live (at least in my biased opinion). Performing in movies such as all 3 of the  Spider Man movies and doing voice acting for Finding Nemo makes Willem Dafoe a very credible person for this part. I think that when developers and the lead designers for games are smart enough to include big stars like these in their line of voice actors, it can easily upsell the game to an audience that has a wide variety.

Willem Dafoe is not the only reason to go and buy this epic game when it comes out at the end of this year. Yes, the voice acting and character movements are impressive, but the content and backstory for this Quantic Dream title is some of the most impressive that I have seen in a very long time. Check out Beyond: Two Souls and get ready for one of the craziest Sci-fi rides in gaming history.
