Aliens: Colonial Marines Deeply Revealed

Aliens: Colonial Marines has been released and I have to say that it has let quite a few of us down with its gameplay and graphics as a whole. With this game, there are so many factors that come in to play when I’m thinking about giving it an official number or rating of any kind. For instance, the fact that it IS “Alien”….that just makes the game better in its own, natural way. Also, the fact that the developers over at SEGA cared so much about how the game looked and if even the smallest details in the game are following the movie almost identically.

The overall review on Gamestop, at least today, is no higher than a 4.1 or a 4.5 and that’s with giving the sound a rating of over 6. I’m not sure why, but people are still drawn to Aliens: Colonial Marines even with something as graphically stunning as Dead Space 3 coming out, they need to know that “It may be time to step up our game guys” because when you do a downright comparison……It almost will seem funny that you tried to make a comparison in the first place.

In my non-biased opinion, Aliens: Colonial Marines is a good time killer, in my opinion for the multiplayer only, and the story that follows the movies is exactly where they wanted to go with this. It needs a little more spunk in my opinion, but yea as a whole it went over really well and we will see if it can save some of the poorer qualities of the game? The graphics in which things are actually happening, like when an alien is inside a person’s body, it can’t just crawl out of them and start on something new, it keeps it as realistic as it can.
