Diablo 3 Team Deathmatch Plans Dropped

Blizzard has been waiting for quite some time to add a PvP aspect to Diablo 3 and after the set back that happened at launch, it looked promising until recently. There were plans for a basic team deathmatch to come in to play for any and all of the classes but now the plans have dropped and it doesn’t look like there’s anything coming soon. The only problem that there is, is that the classes lack the depth for multiplayer and they are focused for PvE which means that trying to pit them against each other would end up doing more harm than good.

Blizzard is terrified of their fans at this point and they are not going to take a chance to even see how this multiplayer gameplay would even play out. I personally think that with some tuning, this could be the perfect gameplay for Diablo 3, but it could require classes to be completely changed from what they are now and that would meant that when a demon hunter gets online and wants to shoot things from a distance and kite them around for hours on end, they can’t do that. The reason for this is because that no player in the world could reach this class even if they wanted to because it’s DESIGNED to keep enemies off of them and do tons of damage while doing so.

Fans are already upset about the fact that these plans have fallen through in the past. Now that they’re falling through in the present, it almost seems like Blizzard just shouldn’t even share the news about them wanting to open up PvP because if it’s not going to work out, multiple times, then there is no point in even trying to set it up in the first place.
