The first official television commercial for Nintendo’s latest system, the Wii U, just aired in the U.K. during the latest episode of Homeland. In the commercial, Nintendo clearly showcases all of the great things we can come to expect from the Wii U, which will released on sale on November 18th of this year.

The commercial shows a few clips from the game-play for some exclusive Wii U titles, including ZombieU and the latest Mario game. It shows off all the features that set it apart from the Nintendo Wii; The innovative use of the GamePad, and the fact that while in the middle of game-play, if someone wishes to watch TV, you can switch your game to you hand-held GamePad and continue your game without interruption. If anything, this commercial makes me more excited for the long-anticipated release of the Nintendo Wii U.

I just had to Google this fiasco this morning. Turns out a company that works under Nintendo called Foxconn had minors working under them WITHOUT Nintendo’s knowledge…Nintendo is looking into the the allegations against Foxconn as we speak.
