dishonored dlc

Dishonored has hit gamers everywhere with a huge statement and now the DLC ‘Dunwall City Trials’ has been announced for the month of December. Bethesda is following suit with a lot of the other developers out there in the form of releasing DLC shortly after the game has been released. This is what gamers have been waiting for since there is no multiplayer or alternative play to the story, the hardcore players that have finished the campaign already, are craving some new content and they are going to get in just in time for Christmas.

The ‘Dunwall City Trials’ DLC is not only going to provide an all new area for players to check out, but they are going to feel like they are actually going through trials to  get through the expansion. The DLC is going to provide ten challenge maps, in which players are going to have to fight off waves of enemies at a time, prove themselves in some of the gruesome timed runs in the game, and assassinate high-valued targets in a certain way. This is an interesting way to go about an expansion, especially since the original nature of the game could allow the developers to go with a completely different route and still provide a great DLC package. Although it seems that that Bethesda is aware that they could have gone this direction already since they announced that other DLC’s are going to be campaign-based expansions that feature the other main name characters in the game such as Daud, the supernatural assassin.

The nice thing about this expansion, possibly the best thing about this DLC, is the fact that it’s only going to be 5 dollars which will work out to be four hundred Microsoft Points so Bethesda is really making fans feel the love this December. For those that haven’t beaten Dishonored yet you still have time but get your revenge soon because you need time to prepare for these epic expansions.
