Details for the second DLC pack for Borderlands 2 may have been outed.

The latest Borderlands 2 patch for the PlayStation 3 appears to have some details on the game’s upcoming second DLC expansion pack. According to a NeoGAF member, three PS3 Trophies have been added to the game’s available Trophy list under the name Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage. The first trophy in the update is unlocked for completing the “Long Way to the Top” mission, which is assumed to be the final mission in Mr. Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage. The second trophy is awarded for completing all of the side missions in the DLC. The final trophy will be for finding 10 collectible pictures of Moxxi in the DLC.

Borderlands 2 does have a Season Pass that will be valid for four DLC packs that will be released between September 2012 and June 2013. Developer Gearbox Software has released an extra class, the Mechromancer Gaige, for the game that was not included in the Season Pass and a DLC expansion pack entitled Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, which is included in the Season Pass. 2k Games has not revealed any details about the second DLC pack and has yet to confirm or deny these details or announce a release date for the second DLC pack.

Seeing as the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC was just released this week, it may seem quick for more content to be released, especially with a Season Pass release window still with eight months left to go. However, what do you think? Are you ready for some more Borderlands 2 this soon? Are you excited to get another DLC pack before the end of 2012? Have you picked up the Captain Scarlett content? What would you like to see in the second DLC pack? Comment below and let us know.

Hey! I'm Esteban, my gamer handle is Colorwind, and I'm a video game blogger. As such, here's some gamer facts about me. The first game I ever played was Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The first console I ever owned was the NES. My favorite genre of games are action adventure games with fighting games being a close second. My favorite console is the Sony PlayStation. I currently own a Xbox 360, Wii, PS2, N64, Genesis and NES. My favorite console this generation is the Xbox 360. My favorite Mortal Kombat character is Scorpion with Ermac, Baraka, and Mileena being close runner-ups. I LOVE SNK fighters like Samurai Shodown, Art of Fighting 3 and Garou: Mark of the Wolves. My favorite Street Fighter title is Street Fighter Alpha 3 with Street Fighter III: Third Strike being a close second. The most obvious thing in the world is that Sonic is my favorite video game character.
