Black Ops 2 Pre-Order Bonus Double Experience Launch Weekend

Black Ops 2 is right around the corner and Activision and Treyarch have announced a double experience weekend for the fans that will be buying the game. They did something similar with Modern Warfare 3 in that they offered the double experience through prestige tokens that were spent on many things, one of those being an increased experience gain for every time you prestige. It’s a great promotional idea, but they have a lot to deliver on with all of the advertisement ideas and media that has been released.

The coolest thing about this double experience party is that you don’t have to do anything other than pre-order the game and download the map that comes with that deal. The new Nuketown map has been remade and if players take part in the fun, then not only will they receive the new map, but as soon as they download it, for the entire weekend after that, they will receive double experience. Pretty nice of Treyarch and Activision to do that for its fans although most of us are going to be still playing the story line when that time comes. That’s the one thing I’m not too excited for with that idea, they kind of force their fans to play the multiplayer even though they’re not necessarily ready to jump in to that setting yet. Although I guess if it matters that much too the fans, then they should just join in that weekend so they don’t fall behind.

November just became a much more interesting month with the addition of this double experience weekend and those Call of Duty fans need to keep the weekend open to get in on the new map, new game modes, and new multiplayer experience with a massive head start.
