Dragon Age III Rumors Afoot

The BioWare forums users have been drooling over possible leaked information on Dragon Age III, including concept art, a plot summary, and a list of potential names for the game.
There was a supposed survey leaked that provided a list of narrowed down titles, asking the public to vote for their favorites. The choices are:
- Dragon Age 3: The Breach
- Dragon Age 3: Exarch
- Dragon Age 3: Inquisition
- Dragon Age 3: Inquisitor
- Dragon Age 3: Apocrypha
Which title gets your vote?
An alleged plot summary has also been leaked. A portal has opened in Thedas, releasing demons to wreak havoc upon the land. As usual, Civil war and social/political tensions are bringing further chaos to the world. It is up to you and your team of up to 10 allies to pull the continent from the brink of destruction.
