MMORPGs are great, but how can they improve? By becoming mobile of course. Mobile MMORPGs expand the boundaries previously established by allowing you can bring them everywhere, and as long as you have mobile broadband, you can easily access all the content. But, with so many games to play, which ones are the best? This will article will cover the five best mobile MMORPGs on the market, so you know exactly what to look for.

Minecraft Mobile Edition

Minecraft Mobile

Chances are that you are one of the millions of people who have played or at least heard of the desktop version of Minecraft. If you haven’t, then you should get started with the Micro edition. The Micro version is just like the desktop game, except that there are more MMO elements added that are accessible if you have mobile broadband.

In Minecraft, you are placed in a randomized world where you have to mine elements, survive against enemies and build houses to last through the night. In the Micro version, there are 36 different types of blocks, and you can use them to build anything.

Just like the desktop version, players are able to travel to the Enderman world which is ripe with quests to accomplish. Or, you can just have fun mining and building up your world.

Order and Chaos Online

Order and Chaos Online

Mobile platforms have had pseudo 3D MMORPGs in the past, but this is one of the first fully 3D games. You can choose from four different characters in two different factions. Humans and Elves are part of the Order, while the Chaos is full of Orcs and Undead.

If you have ever played World of Warcraft, you will find this game is strikingly similar. However there are numerous differences that will keep you entertained for hours. You can play with other people, or you can go solo against the demons threatening the land. There are also lots of quests, so be ready to equip your broadsword and go into battle.

Yslandia World

Yslandia World

Yslandia World is a beautifully stylized MMORPG that looks somewhat retro, but with some 3D elements thrown in the mix. There are thousands of players, and this game has been considered a number one hit in France for several years now.

You get to help take control of six different territories in real-time. Not only that, but you can compete for and control totems that will help you and your territory in battle. There are hundreds of quests and nearly as many skills to master, and it is subscription free.

Pocket Legends

Pocket Legends

If you like dungeon crawlers, then you are going to love Pocket Legends. You and your friends can crawl through a multi-layered dungeon on your quest for gold, riches and the most powerful items in the game.

There are many ways to customize your character, both in fighting style and equipment, to make your avatar perfect. There are also many content updates, so the game is always changing for the better.

Traveller AR

Traveller AR

Traveller AR might be the only MMORPG where exploration is actually fun. You can fight aliens, destroy battleships and conquer the galaxy. Or, you can travel through wormholes and go to different planets in your spaceship and just have fun.

This space-based MMORPG allows you to travel through space, in a galaxy that is realistic enough to be considered augmented reality. You can also trade with other people, or take on fleets of enemies. If you are an explorer at heart, then this game might be just for you.

There are plenty of mobile MMORPGs out there, but it can be hard finding the ones worth playing. While these five are at the top of the list, there are many others available to suit different playing styles and preferences. Check out your mobile device’s app store for some unexpected finds and guaranteed fun.
